We have discussed how to manage organizations the best possible way with the best and complete set of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Since there is a lot to choose from there is even greater challenge to get the perfect, balanced list to serve the organisation, its people and owners. We all agreed that KPIs should be tailored as per the organisational strategic objectives, should show the real situation, should give confidence and motivation and above all generate value. We have discussed the role of a Leader in making it happen in, ever growing, business services centres.
